8.1 Device installation application

Before the IT devices are installed，users must to submit the device installation application form.

Website of the device installation application：https://ccs.ihep.ac.cn:8443/deviceapplyaction.action

Users can choose from three services: Join the computing environment, Hosting service in the external network, Hosting service in the internal network.

Notice：

• The textbox with * must be filled in；
• If there is no device information which you apply in the device brandtextbox, you should choose the blank option and fill in the information of model and brand in the other brands；
• Submit a application for the same brand and model;
• You should fill in the number textbox based on the number of blade servers。
